Proteus Isis

Hi there. Anyone here use software from LabCenter called Proteus? I've been using it at school (not for class, but it's installed on a few of the computers there) and I really like it. I've been using it to simulate PIC circuits with great success. However, I can't find a lot of instruction material on it, and now I'm trying to do some transient and frequency response analysis but the software is behaving very strangely and I need some help.

Mostly I just want to execute some simple freq. response measurements, with a few op-amps, resistors and capacitors.
If you've ever used the program, or know about some good instructional material online, please let me know
