Yea, I know...     I forgot to bookmark it the last time and couldn't, for the life of me, tink of any key words.  I tried searching every combination of "how it works" but figured to swallow my pride and ask.

Now anyone can do a search on "how it works" and find the tread and it's bookmarked now!
