Hello,

wondering if anybody could point me in the right direction with this: got a univibe by dunlop (the one with remote speed pedal too) acting weird.

With speed set at 0 while powering up, it works fine: as soon as i increase speed it "stops" sweeping: still effect is on, still passes sound, but nothing is moving.
I can actually see some light on the bulb, but no apparent pulses (mmm, it could be too many pulses to be seen... mumble...).

Onboard speed pot is not under suspect as it acts the same using the external pedal.

Any input appreciated guys.

Here's a simple stab in the dark off the top of my head- check the jack that the remote pedal plugs into. It should have a switch to switch the pedal in/out when the pedal is plugged in or unplugged. If the jack/switch is broken somehow in that the pedal won't work and it won't switch the pedal "out" when it is unplugged- that could be your problem. I usually try to look at mechanical stuff first- jacks, switches, things that get used a lot.
