Fixing a Breadboard Power Bus

I know they are cheap, but this one is connected to the bread board and I'm a frugal guy (why else would I build my guitar stuff). So here's my problem, power cant get past the 29 mark positive row. If i connect power above that i get 1-29 below i get 30 on. I assume this means I pushed a wire into too hard and broke the connection (or it was broke when I got it). My question is if i dripped a bit of solder down there could that fix anything? If I tried it could the heat damage anything?

I don't think you will fix it reliably with solder.
Can you just jumper over the break & ignore the fault?
