Sure.  It is basically a BMP, right?

Sorry I've been slack about this, things have just been extremely busy for me. Every time I turn around another week has gone by.

The chart is done, I'm just trying to figure out the best way to post it to my website. I may have to drop it into a downloadable PDF file. I'll make sure to post when it's available.

excellent, this will be very useful to me, as soon i will be playing around with the components of the big muff for a bit of fun!

Yo

Just taking a look at this thread. I would be interested in a stage by stage comparison of the various Big Muff eras. More specifically how linear the input and output stages are in the different types. It would be awesome to make a sort of chinese menu of Big Muff stages.

Definitely.  I think a civil war Russian with a swollen pickle tonestack and crab rangoons would be delicious.  Love the rangoons.  I hope this did come to be, though, because I've put a Muff (with an annoying amount of switches on it for versatility) on my list of things to build.

Well I started this idea with the best of intentions but we all know where that leads to...

:icon_lol:

My orginal files were *lost*, found again, survived a PC crash and dumped into a folder that I needed to sort. A quick look at them this morning revealed that some of my part designations and values were a little off from the base schematic I had planned to use.

:icon_rolleyes:

Fortunately JD over at General Guitar Gadgets has done a most excellent job at providing schematics for the various versions including notes for small variances within versions. There is also a schematic for the 3-knob Guild Foxy Lady.

GGG's Big Muff Pi Page.

GGG's 3-knob Guild Foxy Lady.

If anyone is interested I will re-compile the chart but I think the information would be redundant. If anyone has a version of a Big Muff that has variations from the existing GGG schematics it would be great if you could document the differences. I dropped the ball on this and I apologize.
