Power to buffer circuit? say wah!? (crybaby gcb-95)

Hi! just ran in to some trouble installing my buffer circuit to my wah-wah pedal. Does anyone know how to connect the power from battery to this circuit? http://moodysounds.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=7_32&products_id=260     for thoose who dont speak swedish it says: "connect input to hole 1, output to hole 2, power supply + to to hole 3 and power supply - to hole 4" what is supposed to go into hole 3 and 4? thanks in advance.
