Paralooper - ground symbol, then ground symbol pointing at BIAS

Im looking at this schematic.  Some ground symbols are by themselves.  Some have the ground symbol pointing at BIAS. 

I have searched and searched, and I cant find anything about what that means.  What does it mean, and what should I do while building this circuit ?

All the points marked "bias" should be tied together.
