How to test an SAD512D (MXR - Micro Flange)

Hello all,
I don't post here much but could use some help. I normally hang out at the Prodigy LAB forums building other stuff but I'm back on EFX Pedals... which I enjoy.

OK,
I just had an MXR Micro Flanger (m152) given to me a few days ago & it seems to be Flanging on only HALF the cycle & even THAT doesn't sound right.

What I could use is some "Detailed Instructions" on how to properly test the SAD512D chip before wasting too much time on this thing.
I'm a pretty experienced tech & have a scope, sig gen, etc... But I don't know much about these IC's & the Flange/Delay/chorus circuits.

I'm getting:
Pin 1 "Clock" signal is there... BUT - it's only about 1/10 of a volt = .1v swing
Input Signal at Pin 6 (Looks good!)
Pins 3 & 4 = Nothing    BUT... I'm not sure the Voltages are correct for the SAD512D to work correctly... What SHOULD they be???
Pin 8 = .9 Volt (just under 1 volt)
Pin 5 = .9 Volt (just under 1 volt)

Also, does anyone have a SCHEMATIC &/or a Voltage Chart?  ...this would help trace the signal path & troubleshoot better.
(I did purchase one from "Schematic Connection" but haven't received the PDF yet... It's been a few days  )

*What I've done so far:
Checked & changed ALL electrolytics & Tants.
Checked all wiring & Pots

Even if someone could just tell me the voltages I should be reading around the SAD512D... like Pin 5, 8 & possibly 1.

Those that might be able to help are probably busy, and those that can't, are too busy playing with their fuzz boxes.  :icon_biggrin:I have a couple of old ETI flanger articles using the 512, I'll see if they provide any clues as to voltages
