I don't have a perf layout, but I used a vero layout by Torchy.

If you can't find it I think I have it somewhere.

And yes, it does sound great!

I've yet to find the vero layout of the shocktave, so if you'd make the layout available I'd be grateful.  :)

Not perf but PCB layout.

You can use the pattern and work it on perf. I built my Rat on perf using tonepad's pcb layout pattern as a guide.

Bummer, the original layout I bookmarked disappeared I think...maybe that is temporary.

I have one but it includes some mods to the circuit for tracking purposes, adds a tone control, and eliminated the dry signal....it's not a wonderful layout, and it's kind of tight...and it's not even perf, it's vero! It also need some updates for some improvements I made to boot, but it may help you get started...so why am I posting this you ask?  I don't even know, but maybe somehow it will help.  If you are strictly going for a straight synth-octave sound, it is pretty sweet, if you ask me!

But otherwise, I think maybe you'll have to be the one to design a perf layout.  People here can help...and it could be very useful for others in the future.
Breadboard it!
