OK, got it working. 

Sorta, it has this annoying chirping sound and the effect dies out real fast.

Any thoughts, anyone?

Wow! I did it, i put my confidence boost in front and it rocks, very cool effect! i may be a newb but im tenacious,

A fix is a fix, but it might be worth checking soldering, components, etc. around the op-amp stages. They're both set up for huge gain so they should be boosting sufficiently by themselves.
