Resistor value question

I'm looking for some resistors but my search is coming up with different values can anyone clarify this

The value in the component list is 0R050 to me this would be 0.05 ohm or is it 50 Ohms, in the rs components search its coming up with 50mOhm
does the small m indicate micro-ohm as opposed to capital M megohm. I'm having a mind block with this.

small m is for: milli-ohm (1/1000), not: micro-ohm and not: mega-ohm!
