There is an old feller selling a bag of old Ics locally.
Looks a bit messy with them all dumped in there some are pulls and some are rusty and dusty not in tubes or anything.
Point is, in the photo I noticed some Ics with the long package and 4pins at either end, same look as the MN3xxx type.
Hoping for goodness but could be a pile of crap!

So, what else 'might' they be?

A number of low-power amplifier chips would also use a 14-pin size but with only 4 or 6 pins protruding.

Many power-amp dips in 14-pin packages also include heat-sink fins for the middle 6 pins.
