Where to buy Metallised Film Caps in the UK?

Hi,
I'm new to this site and new to effects building. I've just finished my beginner project (which I loved!) and now want to try a few other projects.

I've been collecting parts but I'm struggling to find a good supplier of film caps. My local electronics place doesn't stock them, Maplins sell them but they're pretty expensive and I was hoping that someone would be able to point me in the right direction. I'm about to place an order with Bitsbox.co.uk but unfortunately they don't do metallised poly film caps

Those are big suppliers and may have minimum orders.

Also try searching the eBay.co.uk site

http://www.banzaieffects.com/ are based in Germany but that's still closer than the USA 

I often get parts through my university's parts store, works out very cheap.  Obviously not possible for everyone.

Do they have to be metallised? The regular poly film box caps from Bitsbox are in quite a few of my pedals.
