EA tremolo chuck sound?

I just built the EA tremolo everyone's been talking about.
However, I only get a low frequency chuck sound, like "chuck chuck chuck" I'd say at 0,5Hz and no guitar sound.
the volume control works but none of the other pots have any effect. Any ideas?

post a picture of the wiring inside the PEDAL...


do you have the right position on the transistors and FETs?

yes all the transistors are the right way... Has anybody else had this problem?

Has nobody else had this problem? Am I really that bad at pedalmaking, hehehe
