isolated switching jack?

I am trying to finish a Tremulous Panneur, and I decided that I should go all the way and install isolation transformers at the outputs.
I'll be using those seen in the ABY scheme at GEOFEX.

Luckily while looking at some threads in a different search I saw that in order to get things hooked up correctly, I will also need isolated jacks.
at Mouser there is the MN112BX but I do not think that this is switching
I need the switching to be able to go from mono to stereo outs.
I've got this all hooked up and working fine with what was supplied in the 4MS kit.
But I don't think that these are isolated jacks because the sleeve at the nut is metal.

So, does anyone know of a part number for an isolated switching jack?
The descriptions at Smallbear don't seem to say.

PS: as usual, as I am typing a question I think of another solution. Should I just use the jacks I already have and chop out a larger "window" from the enclosure? I could fill this with plastic or wood and just attach the jacks to that.

I'm not sure I like that idea. Too much BS

Any other thoughts?
Thanks

Small bear sells a washer that will isolate the jacks from the chassis. Write Steve.
