OT: time for a more professional DMM

Sorry for the OT.  Can someone recommend a good quality (e.g. mid-priced Fluke or similar) DMM that can measure mV peak-to-peak and AC mV RMS down to a decent resolution (0.1mV or better)?  Please only respond with suggestions if you know these specs are met.

Buy an oscilloscope. DMM's are good for DC and RMS measurements but rarely give peak-to-peak information, let alone down to the resolution you're asking for. $100 will buy you a usable scope on eBay.
