Silly question: I can use bipolar electros in place of polarized ones right?

I bought some fancy green Nichicon Muse caps in my last mouser order and only just realized that they (Nichicon ES) are bipolar (non-polarized?). They should be fine wherever I would have used a polarized cap right since now theyre just like film caps I assume. The weird thing is that they have a longer leg but no marking on the sleeve.

Yes, you can use bipolars in place of polarized.

Remember: polarized caps are what you do when forced to because you don't have a non polarized cap which is small enough or cheap enough.
