Question about multi-FX and enclosure fabrication.

I built an enclosure similar to the one I used on my multi-FX build


for the sole purpose of housing a Echo Base I am working on. I then realized I would need to build another one for my 5-knob Barber LTD. Since it is just as easy to make these enclosures big enough to host two effects, would I regret it down the line putting two of each effect that won't fit in a "normal" enclosure in each of these? It will save space on my board and save me some money in hardware as well, but I'll be stuck with whatever FX I pick. Any thoughts? Way easier to just build one box as well.
