Fender Blues Deluxe amp buzzes with pedals, Valvtronic amp doesn't

Here's a question for you!
When a professional guitarist buys a Amp, does the manufacture sell/give them  the same amp as what is sold in stores?
Or is the amp built better stronger......?

A pro would either buy multiples of the same amp so he can have a spare for when one breaks or he would buy an amp which could easily be serviced.

Of course a REAL Pro would be getting endorsement money for having a Fender reissue onstage, but actually be playing through some boutique amp that's mic'd up offstage.  And then when the P.O.S. reissue breaks on him, he can sell it for a ton of money as an amp used by a celebrity guitarist.
