Question about the Univibe mod for Small Stone.

I'm trying to do all the mods for the small stone that I've seen on the moosapotamus page for the frankenstone. I've read the instructions here: http://www.lynx.bc.ca/~jc/pedalsSmallStone.html

and been searching everywhere for topics on this and I don't quite understand how the caps are being replaced.  I get that 4 of the .0086uf caps, C4, C5, C8 and C9 are being replaced with 1nF, 10nF, 470pF, and 4.7nF caps.  What I don't understand and never seems to be clarified in any posts about this mod is which caps are being put in where.  Do they correspond like this:

C4 - 1nf
C5 - 10nf
C8 - 470pf
C9 - 4.7nf

?
