Hi Everyone,

I just picked up two MN3007 to familiarize myself with the chip and was wondering what is a good build to use these chips for? Oh I also have the MN3101 Clock to go with it.

Any Suggestions!

Thanks,

Bill

Since I've breadboarded it I can only blame myself.

Mystery lounge. No tables, chairs or waiters here. In fact, we're all quite alone.

A good a build as that is (does sound awesome) if your looking for something simpilar to get to grips with its working, i'd suggest the zombie chorus, it's probably the simplest MN3007 build and definitley sounds good (even if some find it to tick, although there are methods to prevent this) probably be a good one to disect and familiarize yourself with, but thats just my opinion.

The CE-2 clone over at Tonepad is a winner.  Comfortable layout.  Nice sound.  Less problematic than a Zombie.

Definitely a Tonepad CE-2 or Small Clone. Both are winners.

+1 ce-2. classic and classy circuit. very rewarding both as a guitar or bass (with changes) chorus.
also +1 on small clone. if building for bass, include a fx-level control. makes all the difference for bass guitar.

Thanks guys, I defiantly like the simplicity of the Boss CE-2 over at Tone Pad http://www.tonepad.com/project.asp?id=53. It looks like a good dive in point for me to get a feel for the chip. Small compact and not a whole lot to it.

Less for me is less confusing. :icon_rolleyes:

I've never did a chorus so this should work out just fine.
