Sili-Face II

Well, I've built the Sili-Face II (Torchy's vero) twice now and have checked my work, but still can not get it to work. Can anyone verify this vero layout. I can't figure out what I might be doing wrong. Many Thanks.

Don't want to open another topic with the same name, so I use this to keep the forum clean...Or am I just too lazy?! 

Anyway, I made my own layout to share with you all...It should be correct, I checked so many times every connection!!!
