Adding mid control to a Rat

Hi, I'm wondering if it's possible adjust the mids on a rat. Specifically, I'd like to add a pot to allow me to adjust them.

The simplestr possible arrangement is something like the "Contour" control found on some solid-state Marshall amps and pedals.

This is from STM in the gallery.  You can also make R4 a 10k pot to vary the center frequency.  You will have to be careful about the interaction with the existing tone control.
