Voltage multiplier for Neovibe?

Is there such a thing? I have been looking around for a long time and made one from the info on Geofex, but it supposedly does not provide enough power.

How many ma does it need? If you used a LT1054 in the circuit you linked to that would give 100ma, a lot more than a MAX.

I'm not sure what a neovibe requires. I used an ICL7660 last time I tried it. Didn't have a neovibe on hand at that time though.
