Im want to put a filter in my shocktave like the one in the green ringer. The shoctave circuit is different so i dont know how to go about boosting the signal to make up for the filter loss. Its a
green ringer followes by two switchable versions of hemmos bass fuzz in series after. The shocktave circuit it unmodified except i can switch between two 1n34 diodes in series, and a schottky diode. Thetwo circuit are blended with the spliter blend from rog. You can get goo disyortions by cutting octave out on the gr and running it through a bass fuzz or two, blended maybe with thebshocktave dist. or the octave down. But thw things needs a folter so i dont need to keep tirninfndownnthe one pot. Can anyone help me with this?

I don't know what the filter will do if you add it to the shocktave, but I'd put it between the first 2 transistor stages. The gain control on the shocktave will probably already give you enough boost to overcome the loss from the filter.
