Sweet Honey Overdrive voltages/debugging?

I am trying to debug a SHOD clone I am making from the schematic and vero board layout here:

Does anyone know what voltage readings should be for Vr, Vb and each of the pins on the opamp? And if there are any other key areas I should meter? I get no sound at all but the volume knob does raise and lower the level of hiss, if that helps figure out where to look for trouble.

VR is +8V, Vb is +4V. All opamp pins at 4V, except one at zero and one at +8V.
