Tubescreamer for bass? (Mods)

I have a tonepad El Griton pcb and i want to buid it out for bass. I cant find a detail list of component changes for this. Does anybody know?

I used my usually-guitar-dedicated TS with bass last concert. I needed a slightly distorted sound and gave it a try... wow! now it's on my bass rig! (the song was By the way, RHCP)

don't remember exactly the settings. but for sure it was in "fat mode" (search fat switch or fat mod, I dont' remember). mine has also the symmetric/asymmetric clipping thinghie... but I don't know which sounded better...
I strongly suggest you both these mods, maybe you could try different diodes for heavier clipping... if you think you need it.
