Small Bear supplies the resistor values for the germs, so how do you do the mayer mods and still keep the Germs biased correctly?

mods--------  470 ohm to 1k
                     8.2k to 18k

and this one wont affect it 1k drive pot to 2 k.... although I have a 5k, will the 5k have any ill affect on the pedal?
