I am having a bit of trouble. I would like to add a synth level signal to a MN3207 BBD.

does anyone know of a Line Level mn32XX schematic or project??

the synth is +/-5volts. I know how to add offset and also to reduce gain with a voltage divider. However when I tried grafting this onto my simple flanger circuit, it oscillated or distorted.

I would like to get the signal down to BBD levels without a compander (if possible) to start. I can then later add the compander.

thanks for any links or help

Thomas Henry designed one for POLYPHONY in the early 80's, though it used a Reticon 1024 chip.  Same deal, though.  Really the only difference - IF I remember correctly - was the inclusion of an attenuator on the input.  I have the article, but at this point I owe so many scans to people when I get back home that I'm making no promises.  It exists, though.

On the Soundcraft 200B mixer, conversion of line to mic level was via 3k9 resistor then 470 ohm to ground. I see no reason why that should not work in your case,

after doing some work on this, it seems to work with a resistor divider ratio of 200 to 1. when i said LINE, i really meant MODULAR synth levels (which are +/- 5 volts)

thanks for the help!
