Is This a Thomas Organ Wah?

What is this worth? Are mods the same like volume knob, Q knob and true bypass?

looks like an 80's JD made with leftover thomas parts. When JD bought the rights to build the crybaby thomas gave them there leftover stock of wah  parts. I picked up one off of ebay  a few years ago,the last owner really mucked it up though and lost the inductor. :-(
  I am not sure how much it would be worth. But its a good wah.

AFAIK, if it were a Thomas Organ made wah, that PCB would look like the old Clyde McCoy PCBS. Also, those old wahs didn't have all the wires coming off the PCB in one location like that, either.
