Neutron Confusion

I'm just starting a Neutron build, and need a little clarification about the parts/layout.  If anyone has built one recently, I'd appreciate being pointed in the right direction.

I'm working with a PCB from the layout in the PDF file posted on GEOFEX (GEO Design 117 Version 1.01d).  I've noticed that the PDF posted on GGG is titled exactly the same, but has a slightly modified layout (R20 is standing up in the GEOFEX layout, and not in the GGG layout).  On both layouts, R18 is shown twice (once on the PCB and once in the wiring diagram above the PCB), and R21 is not shown at all.

So my question is: Is the R18 on the PCB the 180K resistor mentioned in the parts list? Is the R18 in the wiring diagram above the PCB really supposed to be R21? (I'm guessing this the case because the value shown for R18 in the wiring diagram matches the value of R21 in the parts list.)

I also looked at "A Neutron Wiring Diagram for the Schematic-Impaired" on the GEOFEX site, but it seems to have the same layout as the one posted on the GGG site, and I'm working from the (older?) GEOFEX layout.

Nevermind.  It just occurred to me to look at the schematic (Duh). 

I guess the Neutron PDF file on GEOFEX or GGG should be updated so they are the same (RG)?  I'm not sure which one is newer/better.
