Chokes values in Neutron Filter

In the RG's Neutron Filter there are two optional chokes (680uH) that you can insert in the power lines.
They are very effective to kill whine.
1- how determinate the value of this chokes ?
2- Can i use them (or different value) in the neovibe ?
