Ok, I need a little help here because I do not understand electronics well enough to figure this one out myself. I just built the clock section of a vanishing point using a CMOS 555 (because I do not care to have a "random" mode) using this schem:

Now, given that I want to use the audio section from Solderman's Hide and Seek Wah (at this topic here: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=77418.0 ) what value pots should I use after my leds (3mm T-1 water clear blue and green) and before the optocoupler? (I have the VTL5C1, VTL5C2, and VTL5C3 to use for my optocoupler that i'll have to play guess and check for the best results). It appears that in the original seek wah and in Soldermans version they used 100k pots. Should I take that as a safe bet and go for it? Since I'll have to order them I want to make sure I get the right pots the first time. Thanks!
