Solderman's Little Read Rooster

I am interested in trying out Solderman's Little Read Rooster, seen in our image thread and found here:

Do the FETs need to be the BF245B ?  Will BF245A work , or what else might be a good substitute?

Quick bump as I am trying to make a parts order from Small Bear and would love to have the transistors for this project!  SB only carries the BF245A.  A search suggests the MPF102 might work...
