what i wanna ask is....

1.how do i connect it? i know centre tip goes to the coil and magnets goes to ground...
2.what would happen if i do not use magnet wire? like copper or enameled wire?

yeah thats alll... for now...and i know many people here has built their own pickup,so i really appreciate if somebody want to give me some advice ...

thanks...

1.  One end of the wire goes to ground, and the other end of the wire is hot.  The magnets shouldn't be connected to anything.

2.  You need to use 42AWG or 43AWG wire to be able to get enough turns onto the coil to have a decent output, and it has to be coated somehow (enamel or otherwise).  It can't be bare, or else the entire pickup just turns into one big short instead of a coil with 7,000 turns of wire.  I don't know of any pickup wire that isn't copper.

If you want to wind your own pickup, why not buy a pickup kit from Stewart MacDonald instead of building one out of popsicle sticks, and wind it with an electric drill?  The kits aren't very expensive, ranging from $11 for Strat pickups to $25 for humbuckers, and a coil of proper wire is only $30 (enough for a few pickups)...
