Will a Micro Amp run at 18v?

Just wanting to know if i built a micro amp would it run at 9 or 18v with no probs on the fly. Thanks!

Shure, if you use electrolythics that are made for that voltage (25V or above). I´d suggest to use a OPA134 instead of the µ741 (or a OPA2134, if you´re using a layout for a dual opamp-IC).
I built mine to that specs and it´s really a great sounding pedal, with a lot of headroom and almost no noise. I used metal film resistors and quality electrolytics (Panasonic FC or Elna RFS).
