Jen HF Modulator mods?

Hello,

I've built a Jen HF Modulator (http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/pdf/ggg_jen_hf_mod.pdf) and i am very disappointed with the result: only a high speed tremolo with almost no use for me (i obtain the same thing using my hard-modded Boss CE-2 clone).

Have anyone modded it? It's possible to obtain from it a decent tremolo or something more useful?

Yeah. I built that when I first started and after all I went through I almost quit.  It is absolutly useless.  Not worth the effort for sure.

i built it as a noob and thaught it wasnt right so i broke down and bought the pcb, still sounded the same. so every1 that built this trashed it? then why do they even sell a pcb? pointless!

Seems like you could just do something to slow down the lfo to make it a normal tremolo.
