BSIAB voltages question

I was checking the voltages on my BSIAB and everything is pretty close except Q5 D It is negative 3.4  instead of positive. The pedal works  but is noisy. I must have something hooked up backwards. Any Ideas?

Did you find a solution to your negative voltage problem? I'm experiencing a similiar issue on the Gate of one of my trannies.
