Does anybody know any mods for the Morley Power Wah/Volume?  It's adding way to much bass/too much treble drop when it's in my chain.  ANything i can change to help it?  I'd also like to make it more vocal, if possible.

Changing R7 to 68K and R24 to 1K will make it sound more vocal. Changing C4 to a 1uF will make it sound "fuller".

If you move the LED around, it can change the tone quite a bit. You might be able to adjust that until you find something that you can live with.

and of course you can make it true bypass adding a switch somewhere....
I modded a poewer wah to add the volume pedal option. the pedal is now true bypass when not in use, and a switch selects wether it acts as wah or volume. it's just wiring ... no need to add anything apart from a 3pdt stomp switch and a 2pdt toggle.
Only those who attempt the absurd will achieve the impossible.

So after a bit of research I find out it's an old Black Gold Variable Wah/Volume, which doesn't seem to have a posted schematic, that I saw.  Can I still try those mods?

Not 100% positive on that. You'll have to verify yours against the "regular" Power Wah/Volume schematic to find out. I think you should still be able to move the LED around to change the tone, though.
