GGG's perfboard layout for the EHX Screaming bird treble booster has need for 2nF electrolytic caps - do they go that small as smallest electrolytics my stockist has is 1uF?
Can I use non-polar 2nF caps instead?

This one?: http://www.generalguitargadgets.com/richardo/perfboard/index.html

As the description says, the board can also be used for the Hog's Foot which uses electros in those positions. If you look at the Screaming Bird schematic above you'll see that the electro symbol isn't used for those caps.

So just go for regular non-electrolytic 2nF caps (though I expect 2.2nF will be more widely available).
Bringing you yesterday's technology tomorrow.

Ah thanks! Sorry didn't see that, I'm actually combining both back to back on the same veroboard as the article suggests layer down so you have a combined bass and treble boost in one board. Will fit each with a 100k pot to control.
