CCS200x Transistors, can't find a datasheet

Hello.  Just went through an old transistor radio for some parts.  I built a ruby in the enclosure and I figured I'd see if the pcb had anything usable.  I found a pair of PNP germanium trannies I might throw in a FF or something, and also about 7 Silicon(?) trannies.  These transistors are marked CCS200x  the x having a couple different values, a couple 5, a couple 7, and one 6, 8, and 1.  They are the old style rounded top.  I'm guessing this was a 70s unit.  I can't find any kind of datasheet on them, anyone have any ideas?
