I'm finally at the end of my rope with getting this pedal done. I got it to work on breadboard, but I can't get it to work on perf. Here is what I got.
The layout and schem are at http://tonepad.com/getFileInfo.asp?id=90

1. The only sound I'm getting is a lot of buzzing, but I'm not sure if that's because it's not in the enclosure yet. With the audio probe, I can't get any sound after the base of the Q2.

2. Green Ringer

3. http://tonepad.com/getFileInfo.asp?id=90

4. No substitutions

5. Only replacement is a 150k resistor instead of 160k

6. Battery = 11v

Q1- C=7
       B=3
       E=2

Q2 C=1
     B=7
     E=1

Q3 C=12
     B=5
     E=5

D1 A=6  K=5

D2 A=6 K=5

Any help would be awesome guys.

I'm not sure why your using 12 volts.  Schematic says 9.  I'm guessing 12 would still work though. Are you sure Q2 is PNP, Q1 and Q3 are NPN, and they are all oriented correctly?

Q1- C=7
       B=3
       E=2
This looks ok to me.

Q2 C=1
     B=7
     E=1
Just looking at it I would think the e voltage would be higher. It has a 10K from 9+.  Q1 collector had 18K from 9+ and has 7volts so I think Q2 e should be higher that 7 volts.  GGG has the voltages listed for their GR; Q1 C was 5.5 and Q2 E was 6.2 so that kind of checked out my thoughts.  I would check for problems around the 10K.   If it was me I would use 9 volts also since you can find voltages posted using that.

I'm using a 9 volt, but the voltage says 11. I'm getting tired of these batteries ranging from 7 to 12 volts.

Thanks man. That's definitely where the problem has to be. Thanks for the help! You guys are making this learning process much much easier.
