Tonepad Anderton Volume Pedal layout

Does anyone have a copy of the PDF file for tonepad's layout of the Anderton volume pedal retrofit they would PM me? The links on their page for that project file are still broken, the feedback page is broken, the feedback form I found at one point didn't work, and the emails I tried appear to have gone into a black hole.  Perhaps I'm just missing some obvious contact info on their webpage?
