The "xxxxx amp in a box" is a pretty popular thing it seems. So if anyone is looking for a deluxe reverb in a box try the Run Off Groove Peppermill. I may be preaching to the choir, but this pedal is KILLER! I own the DR Reissue and the Peppermill is incredibly close to the DRRI on 7. I can't say enough about it. I'm really impressed with the Peppermill.

The only thing I changed is a 8.5k/.0022 instead of the 8.2k/.0022 filtering. And I didn't have a 250k pot so i used a 500k for the gain.

Anyway guys, breadboard one up and see what you think. I like it!

I like it too. Perfect for adding a little more bark to a mildly distorting vintage amp.

I've spent several hours with the Peppermill on my breadboard.  It is nice, a good very low gain overdrive, which is a must have for my groups.  I found a few ways to tailor the tone for my setup and give it a hint more gain and openess while decreasing the added treble.  I am building the pedal now to test in the mix this weekend.

I have been playing around with JFET circuits a lot recently (modding the heck out of 4 ROG ODs, plus an original OD I based on the Sparkle Boost) and they are fun.  It's nice to hear a very different sound from the diode clipping ODs I have been playing with.

i've been messing with an SHO driving the mu-amp. good tones to be found there too. very tubelike. nice sag.
