Yamaha Pedal Board

I won a partially functioning Yamaha SB40 pedalboard on ebay today loaded with a phaser, octaver, flanger, and chorus.  The seller says the leds light up and switch on and off and the knobs turn smoothly, but when applying a power supply, he only got a hum.  His thought was the power supply didn't have enough amps,  though it sounds to me like a grounding or bad connection issue somewhere.  Either way, it's a modular system, so I am hoping to break it down and see which of the individual pedals work, should the board itself be fried.

These are the 01 series pedals, and the DC jack is some type of six pin molex connector.  Any idea where I can pick those up?  Otherwise, I am going to investigate wiring in the standard 2.1mm jack.  Assuming I can get these to work, it might be a nice toy to have around.  There really seems to be a dearth of info about these out there, other than the octaver and phaser schematics.  The flanger is the same one that Jacques raves about, and the board shown on discofreq's site shows it to have an mn3007.  Fingers crossed that this will be a successful resurrection project.

Hi,

I have the flanger and it's fantastic.  I'm going to look for a suitable connector for the bottom DC "jack" too, so I'll let you know if I come across anything.

I don't know if you've seen this thread but it has a bit of info on it:

This finally arrived and I had a chance to check it out last night.  Turns out, the only thing wrong with the pedalboard was the seller's power supply didn't have enough juice to get it going.  Plugged in my 1-spot, and all for pedals fired up and worked perfectly.  When I have some time, I intend to disassemble it and clean everything up.  If anyone is interested, I could take and post some pics.
