Hi,

Check out Pedal Parts Plus.

Also, John Lyons makes some really nice powder coated enclosures: http://www.diystompboxes.com/smfforum/index.php?topic=77750.0

Welcome! :)

If you're not doing it for yourself, it's not DIY. ;)

Pedal Parts Plus is really an amazing resource.  They will powder coat any of the boxes they sell in any color they have, and they have tons!  Weirdo colors like lime green, granny smith green, bubble gum pink, neat textured ones that look like old metal (one with "vein" in the title)and also a bunch of sparkly/car paint looking colors.  Had lots of good dealings with them over the years.

One thing with the painted enclosures, you should drill out the paint from one or more of the screw holes in the lid with a countersink drill bit or big ol drill bit, so that a screw seats on bare metal and grounds the lid electrically to the rest of the enclosure when its screwed together.  Hammond does that at the factory on their (expensive) black powdercoated enclosures.
