Any idea what this IC is?

It's the 14 pin IC circled in red.  It's from an MN3010 A/DA Flanger.



The only markings are:
728
612163-1

it should be a quad op-amp like lm324. check out schematics for your version at adadepot.com ;)

Probably.

Also, IC2 (far right on the top row) reads LM343 - an 8 pin op amp, and neither of the MN3010 schematics or parts layouts mention that.  They call for XR3403 or RC3403ADB - both 14 pin quad op amps.

Yeah, that's what I have.  I'm going to pick up a couple of each IC it calls for so I can just trial and error it.
