Scrambler Debugging

I'm building an AMPEG Scrambler for a friend, and it's being a real jerk about it.

When I plug it in, I can play just fine on true-bypass.  When it hit the switch, nothing.  Nothing at all.  Can't get a sound.

I've tested the pots, and they are fine.  I've checked the wiring some 10 times, and it's perfect.  The soldering job is fine - I've checked every single joint a dozen times, and retouched every joint on the board at least twice.  No paths are crossed or anything.

The LED works.  And I get the right readings from the transistors, which are in the right orientation.  Also, the polarized caps are in the right orientation.

I've checked everything I know to check.  I suspect a faulty switch.  I'll switch out the switch tomorrow when my batch from Aron arrives (woo woo ), but until then, what else could be wrong with my pedal?  Is there something I can do to check the switch?

Wire the input and output of the board direct to the jacks, that way you'll know whether the switch is at fault or not.
