Improved EA TREMOLO - BOOST w/ FOOTSWITCH problems!!!

Hello all!
I am scratch my head new to this forum and for good reason.  MY FIRST BUILD!!!  I got a GGG EAT w/trem/boost footswitch and just finished putting it together.  I also attempted the flashing LED MOD.  I wish that GGG would have a schematic for this option as well as a layout for the mods for the same option

???THE PROBLEM:  I plugged the 9v power supply into the pedal, inserted guitar cables, and only the bypass LED comes on.  So i plugged it into the amp and had to crank the amp just to hear a faint distorted sound.

I followed and re-followed the layout to the T.  Also went back and checked each and every solder joint.  I am new to the DIY Effects and wasn't expecting to create a masterpiece the first go around but, definitely wasn't expecting this by any means...  I tested for continuity, voltage, and attemped to check voltage of the Transistors but am not sure what is good or bad.  Been trying to find some sort of guide for testing the EA Trem but couldn't locate anything of value.  If you want readings I will do my best to do so.

I really like the fact that I can build my own effects pedals and would like it even more to get the first one working.

  . I debugged this bitch myself!!!  It WORKS all of it!  Flashing LED! Boost channel!!!  Sounds great and looks cool too...  I'll try to get a picture up SOON!
