I have built some DIY kits but all of them gives an annoying oscillating sound when power is switched on. Can you help to solve this problem. I have tried to use battery and 9V DC

Have you tried these pedals with another setup (amp and guitar)?

Yes to different setup, kabels and altso one pedal at a time direct to a mixer...
